Duluth and the surrounding area is one of the best beer scenes in the Midwest. In fact, former Duluth Mayor Don Ness claimed Duluth as the “The Craft Beer Capital of Minnesota.

While precise recipes are tightly held Trade Secrets, a common denominator is Lake Superior Water, which is, after all, precisely that.
