Weekend Stays - All weekends require two nights, except during holidays, when three nights are required.

Holiday Stays - Holidays may require a three-night stay; each night calculated at weekend rates. No coupons or discounts apply during this time.

Weekly Rates - A reservation of seven or more nights receives one night free. (Pay for seven nights, eighth night is free—free night taken on lowest rate in effect during reservation.)

Smoking Policy - All of our units are non-smoking. A fee will be assessed for anyone smoking in a unit.

Deposit Policy - One night’s deposit by credit card is required at time of reservation with following exception: week stays or longer require a 50% deposit by credit card at time of reservation.
We will authorize your credit card for the full amount of your balance at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages, and will be held financially liable.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 14 days or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded, less a $50 bookkeeping fee. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, deposit is non-refundable. Christmas/New Year’s reservations are non-refundable after December 1. Any special events will require a 30 day notice of cancellation. If cancelled prior to that, the deposit is refundable less a $50 bookkeeping fee. We do not accept cancellations due to weather. We do not accept cancellations over the internet via email.

Tax - All rates are subject to 6.5% State tax, 6.5% City tax and a resort fee of 3%.
